Looking for a welcoming, versatile space in downtown St. Catharines? Whether you're hosting a concert, leading a workshop, holding a meeting, or planning a private event, Silver Spire has a space that fits. Discounts are available when you book multiple spaces.
Available Rooms:
- Sanctuary – Ideal for large gatherings, concerts, and ceremonies
- Auditorium – Perfect for performances, rehearsals, and receptions
- Hearth Room – Great for small groups, workshops, and meetings
- Library – A quiet setting for study or discussion
- Spire Room – A flexible option for mid-size meetings or events
Rental Tiers:
Tier 1: For events where attendees are charged a fee – including performances, instructional programs, and community events.
Tier 2: For non-profits, arts groups, outreach initiatives, support services, and social justice efforts.
Note: Proof of general liability insurance is required for all rentals.

Sanctuary
A grand space suitable for concerts, lectures, and large ceremonies.
Capacity: Up to 700 people
Features: Stage, piano, organ, projector and screens, sound system
Accessibility: Accessible washroom, street-level exit, elevator to other floors

Ideal for performances, rehearsals, and large gatherings.

- Accessibility: Rear door into kitchen for unloading, elevator to main level, washrooms on all levels
